Payment Options

A Variety of Options

There are a variety of fees that you will be charged as a student at Assiniboine. These range from tuition and course fees, to fees for the student health and dental benefit that is managed by the Students' Association. Details can be found on these related pages about these fees, how you can make payments on your account, and where you can find extra money to help you support your education in the form of scholarships and awards.

Assiniboine has a variety of options available to make payments to the college.


If you are a current Assiniboine student, please pay through My˿Ƶ using MasterCard, VISA or VISA Debit. My˿Ƶ is available to use any time of the day. Use the View Accounts & Make Payments link.

If you have a username and password because you are a former student, you can also make a payment this way (for example Tuition Deposit).

Practical Nursing applicants may pay their tuition deposit this way - you have a username and password because you took or Preparation for Nursing (PEDV-0364) or Math for Nurses (MATH-0014).

Note: Your program may be eligible for a My˿Ƶ Payment Plan.

Online banking

Payments can be made using online banking. Log in to your Canadian Online Banking. Look for Pay Bills (or similar). Add ˿Ƶ as the Payee Name for the bill payment. Use your seven-digit student ID number as the account number (e.g. 0123456). You can also pay your Tuition Deposit this way.

Note: E-transfers are not accepted.


Payments can be made in person at the Victoria Avenue East Campus in Brandon or at our Parkland campus in Dauphin. We accept the following forms of payments:

  • Debit
  • Cash
  • Cheque or money order
  • MasterCard or VISA

Have your sponsor complete a Sponsorship Authorization form and send it to us. If you're using Government Student Aid, you must provide us with a copy of your Notification of Assistance.

The Financial Aid & Awards is located at the Victoria Avenue East campus in room 116.

The application fee and tuition deposit must be paid by the applicant.

International students

For international payments, Assiniboine College has partnered with for application, deposit, and tuition payments. Your seven-digit student number is required. Students are expected to be able to pay their full program costs (tuition, books and supplies) and maintain a reasonable standard of living while studying at the college. International students are required to register and pay for the college’s health insurance plan. We do not accept wire transfers.

When creating your account with PayMyTuition, please be sure that you use a personal email address that you use on a regular basis. This address will be used by PayMyTuition to issue receipt of payment and as the primary contact should you be in a position to receive a refund.
